Description:
This training course provides an in-depth understanding of the Boston Marathon’s medical records procedures, designed to ensure accurate documentation of all medical encounters at the Finish Line. Participants will learn about the structure, purpose, and critical elements of the hard-copy medical record, including patient assessment, treatment documentation, and transport protocols. Emphasis is placed on teamwork among medical staff and volunteers, proper record completion, and compliance with legal and medical standards. The course also includes step-by-step guidance on filling out and submitting medical records, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation for every case.
