Description:
This training provides an essential guide to medical tracking duties at the finish line during the Boston Marathon. Participants will learn how to accurately document medical encounters, communicate with medical teams and EMS, monitor trends, and ensure patient privacy and data security. Designed for medical volunteers and staff, this course emphasizes real-time data collection, emergency escalation, and post-event reporting to enhance both participant care and event operations.
